Schola Brevis 2026 Marks the Beginning of a New Academic Journey

Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Mar Ivanios Vidyanagar, Nalanchira, officially inaugurated its curricular and co-curricular activities for the academic year 2026–27 through Schola Brevis ’26 on 12 June 2026 at the Mar Gregorios Auditorium.

The programme commenced with a prayer session led by Rev. Fr. Geevarghese Valiyachangeveettil, Vice Principal, Mar Ivanios College, who delivered an inspiring message on the importance of faith, values, discipline, and dedication in shaping young minds and preparing them for future responsibilities.

The event was attended by Mr. John Kurian, Principal, Mrs. Terine Joseph, Vice Principal, members of the faculty, and students. A significant highlight of the programme was the announcement of the Student Council for the academic year 2026–27. The newly elected student leaders were introduced to the school community and entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the values and traditions of the institution while serving as role models for their peers.

The inauguration also marked the formal commencement of the school’s academic, activities. Students were encouraged to actively participate in the diverse opportunities provided by the school and to strive for excellence in every sphere of school life.

With the theme, “Igniting Young Minds, Inspiring Young Hearts, Unlocking Innate Potential,” Schola Brevis ’26 set a positive and inspiring tone for the year ahead, reaffirming Sarvodaya Vidyalaya’s commitment to holistic education and the all-round development of every student.
