Sarvodaya Vidyalaya hosted Excellentia ’25, its annual academic honours day, on 26th June 2025 to recognize and celebrate the scholastic excellence of students who topped the previous academic year. The event was a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of the young achievers.

The Guest of Honour for the occasion was Ms. Sreelakshmi R IAS, Joint Commissioner – GST, who graced the ceremony with her inspiring presence. In her keynote address, she lauded the academic achievements of the students and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence with integrity and determination. Her words served as a source of great motivation for both students and educators alike.

Present on the dais were Prof. Dr. Shirley Stewart (Principal), Rev. Fr. John Muruppel (Bursar), and Ms. Terine Joseph (Vice Principal). Fr. Bursar delivered the Welcome Speech & Principal’s speech highlighted the importance of consistent effort, academic discipline, and the school’s unwavering commitment to nurturing holistic development.

The toppers from various classes were felicitated with medals, certificates, and mementoes in recognition of their outstanding performance in the board examinations and internal assessments.

The programme concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by the Staff Secretary – Mr. Sabarigiri G, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members, parents, and students for making the event a grand success. The atmosphere was one of pride, celebration, and renewed motivation to uphold the legacy of academic brilliance at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya.
