On the 22nd  of May, 2026, the general assembly of the staff was convened under the gracious chairmanship of His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos. In his address, His Beatitude exhorted the faculty to labour in unison, with singleness of heart and mind, and earnestly enjoined upon the teachers the sacred duty of forming students in the virtues of humanity and compassion.

There was also an  orientation programme for the faculty members which was elevated by Dr. Ruble Raj, esteemed speaker and former Principal of Marian College, Kuttikanam. With his insights, he inspired educators to cultivate effectiveness, productivity, vision, and empathy — opening the way for them to enter the new academic year as truly transformative teachers.
